1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Planlify ("the Service" or "the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; we will post the updated Terms and change the "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
2. Description of the Service
Planlify is a personal dashboard that helps you manage events, tasks, notes, and money in one place. The Service syncs your data across devices when you are signed in. It may include a calendar, tasks, recurring events, money and expense tracking, savings goals, notes, weather, email reminders, and optional sharing with other users. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.
Access after your free trial requires an active paid subscription (see Section 3).
3. Subscription and Payment
3.1 Free trial. When you create an account, you get a one (1) month free trial of the full Service. You do not need to add a payment method to start the trial. During the trial you have access to all features included in a paid subscription.
3.2 Paid subscription. After the free trial ends, you must subscribe to keep using the Service. The subscription costs €2.99 per month (or the equivalent in your local currency at the time of payment). Payments are processed securely by Stripe (or our designated payment provider). By subscribing, you agree to the payment provider's terms and to the billing rules in this section.
3.3 Billing. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You are charged at the start of each billing period. We may change the subscription price with at least 30 days' notice (e.g. by email or in-app notice). If you keep using the Service after the new price applies, you accept it. If you do not agree, you must cancel before the change takes effect.
3.4 Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or billing settings (or by contacting us). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until that date; after that, access to paid features ends unless you subscribe again.
3.5 Refunds. Subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not refund partial months or unused periods. If you believe you were charged by mistake, contact us or raise a dispute with your card issuer in line with their rules.
3.6 Failed payment. If a payment fails (e.g. expired card, insufficient funds), we may retry the charge and/or suspend or end your access to paid features until payment succeeds. We are not liable for any loss of data or access due to failed payment. You are responsible for keeping your payment method valid and up to date.
3.7 Taxes. Prices are in euros (or local equivalent). You are responsible for any taxes (e.g. VAT) that apply to you, unless we are required by law to collect them; in that case they will be added at checkout.
4. Your Account
You must give accurate information when you register and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all use of your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you should have your parent or guardian's permission.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only in a lawful way and in line with these Terms. You must not:
- use the Service for any illegal purpose or in breach of any laws;
- share your account or credentials, or use someone else's account;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
- use the Service to send spam, harass others, or distribute malware;
- resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service unless we agree in writing;
- use automated means (e.g. scraping, bots) to access the Service unless we explicitly allow it.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have broken these rules.
6. Your Data and Privacy
Your data: You keep ownership of the content you create (events, tasks, notes, financial data, etc.). You grant us the rights we need to run the Service (e.g. storing, syncing, and displaying your data, and sending reminders you request).
Storage and processing: Your data is stored and processed using our service providers (e.g. Supabase) as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to that processing.
Cookies: We use strictly necessary cookies (e.g. for sign-in, session, and security). These are required for the Service to function and are not used for advertising or tracking. Further details are in our Privacy Policy.
Privacy Policy: How we collect, use, and protect your data is set out in our Privacy Policy. Use of the Service is also subject to that policy.
Deletion: You may delete your data or account using the options in the App (e.g. Profile → Delete data / Account). We will process deletions in line with our data retention practices and applicable law.
7. Our Rights
We own all rights in the Service (including software, design, and branding). You do not acquire any ownership in the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time, with or without notice, and we are not liable to you for any such change.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the Service at your own risk. Any financial or productivity information in the Service is for personal use only and is not professional financial, tax, or legal advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we (and our affiliates, directors, employees, and suppliers) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or, if you paid nothing, fifty (50) euros or the equivalent in local currency). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access or subscription if you breach these Terms, for non-payment, or for other operational or legal reasons, with or without notice. If we terminate your subscription for breach or non-payment, you are not entitled to a refund for the current or any previous period. After termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (including Sections 6–9 and 12) will survive termination.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may change these Terms. We will post the updated Terms and update the "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects your rights, we may notify you by email or a notice in the App. Continued use after the effective date of the changes means you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
12. General
Entire agreement: These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies we refer to) are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
Severability: If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
No waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right or provision.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of the Service.
Governing law and disputes: These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Bulgaria. If you are in the EU, you may also have the right to use your local consumer protection laws.
