There is a set of settings that can be managed from the group panel, there you will also find our plugins.

Listed below are some of the available features:

• Add record. Entering working hours, start - end or duration (projects, tasks, notes), depending on the settings.
• Reports. Report for each user or in common with multiple display settings, can be downloaded in .pdf (in work: .xml, .csv) format.
• Charts. A charting system is available to view a user's statistics.
• Projects. A project system is available for a better record, in this area the work break can also be set, it can be assigned to users.
• Free days. The following can be administered: holidays, vacation and medical leave days through the platform, holidays are added by group administrators, vacation/medical days are added by users and are approved by those with permission.
• Group settings. The group can be modified with favorite settings as: Roles configuration, Language, Tracking mode, Record type, One uncompleted, Allow overlap, Future entries, Allows night shifts, and others.
• Clients. If the company works with customers, they can have access to see information, we work to improve this system even according to your wishes.

We are working for an application that can be used with our platform and for the API system, where each company can be free to store their data on their server.

The data in the created group are personal, they can only be seen by the group members who have the necessary permission. That can be provided by the Group Administrator. No one outside the group can see the private data.
